Even though our home was over 100 years old, and a beautiful Craftsman Bungalow which had all of the charm of that era, there were a lot of deferred maintenance issues that needed to be addressed due to our on-going health issues, and Michael and his team not only got us the best selling price possible, and we cleared over 1/4 million after all our bills were paid off! He had a buyer for us within just a few weeks of listing! He even personally helped us move out because the house sold so quickly in a very desirable neighborhood and at a fair price. He even found us a mover at the last minute to help us meet the buyers deadline. And even with the arrival of a new baby, he was kind and respectful throughout the whole process and was wonderful at answering all our questions and concerns as they came up.
