Homebot uses proprietary data models, public record date, and market trends to estimate home values. Note that the estimated value does not account for home improvements you’ve done since purchasing. It’s said that Homebot valuations are more accurate than Zillow, but if you’re wanting the most accurate home valuation, get in touch with either Michael or I to perform a comparative market analysis.
Ever wondered how much you could potentially earn by listing your home on a short term rental (SRT) site like Airbnb? Look no further! This specialty Homebot module uses local area SRT data to give you estimates for monthly revenue and nightly rates. If you’ve added in your mortgage data, you’ll also see how much you’d save if you used the SRT revenue to pay down your mortgage.
