Seller Service Spotlight: Weekly Activity Reports

When you choose to sell your home with the Green Buck Real Estate team, rest assured your listing’s activity is monitored throughout the entirety of the transaction. Collecting data for online and market performance is of the utmost importance - it not only ensures transparency with our clients, but also helps our team evaluate the efficacy of our integrated marketing programs.

Each week, our sellers with an active listing receive an activity report with four key performance indicators (KPIs) to help us determine overall listing health and performance. We've broken down our team's categoric weight/definitions below for each.

RMLS Clicks: How many times an agent has viewed your listing. These results are driven by the most high-quality potential buyers. It's an actual agent making an inquiry into the listing - they're either on the hunt for one of their buyers or a buyer sent them the property to look into further. 

Zillow Views & Saves: Zillow provides a rolling 30-day look at how many views and saves your listing receives within their platform. These two KPIs offer a great gauge for overall market perception on pricing and presentation. Zillow is used by both serious buyers and those who are “just looking”, thus we don’t give these stats as much weight as an RMLS click. 

Matterport Virtual Tour Impressions: How many times your listing’s virtual tour has been viewed. We really like including this stat because it means someone liked the listing enough to click to a third-party website and is then experiencing your property virtually. Getting potential buyers to view the virtual tour is incredibly important - you can weed out impartial buyers or further draw in serious buyers.

Also included in the weekly report will be an update on any additional marketing activities we may have running (mailers, social media advertising, etc.).
